Water Management
Are you getting water in your basement? Make sure your gutters are clean and clear and have extended downspouts on to get rain water away.  We install window wells of all sizes and add dirt in needed places to correct the slope of your home. We get creative with swales in cases where adding dirt isn't an option. Most foundation problems are caused by prolonged water saturation next to the foundation.
Foundation Stabilization
Are you getting cracks in your basement walls? Cracks are signs of movement and should be assessed by a foundation specialist to determine if stabilization is necessary. We have 3 types of anchors to stabilize basement walls of all kinds. From old limestone walls to block walls to solid poured we can help.
Wall Replacement
For the walls that are beyond stabilization we will excavate, pour new footing if needed, lay a new block wall that is reinforced with rebar and slugged full of concrete with an added bond beam to strengthen the new wall.
